How to Make a Referral with IABS
If you have a patient you think would benefit from at-home aba therapy services from IABS please call at 703-943-6560, fax at 517-526-5550 or email info@i-abs.com. Information we will need from you will include:
- Your office contact information including email, phone and fax number
- All pertinent patient information such as name, age, gender and specific diagnoses of the patient
- Any insurance information you have for your patient
- Any relevant documentation including assessment details and treatment notes
