BCBA – Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Job Summary:
- Attractive compensation with earning potential of over 100,000 annually plus benefits such as Paid Time Off, Group Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, and etc.
- Design and oversee personalized ABA programs for clients in the home, community, and virtual settings
- Conduct assessments and formulate treatment plans
- Provide on-site supervision as necessary for efficient treatment progress.
- Review session notes and data recorded by BTs to monitor client progress and BT proficiency
- Deliver parent training
- Cultivate a positive working relationship with the client’s family and promptly address guardian inquiries professionally
- Facilitate team meetings and collaborate with parents, team members, and professionals to ensure optimal client progress and outcomes

Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
Job Summary:
- Generous compensation for services (IABS pays above average for Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians) plus bonuses and growth opportunities.
- Receive top-notch training and gain valuable experience •
- Administer ABA Therapy to clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
- Conduct trials for Discrete Trial Trainings (DTT), Conduct Natural Environment Training, and administer behavior modification protocols.
- Pair and build rapport with clients, treat families with dignity and respect and make sure to provide ABA services in the most efficient
- Inform and update case supervisors and families about schedule changes, case updates, and availability on regular basis. Keep supervisors informed about case updates, schedule changes, and availability • Actively participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Behavior Technician specific requirement: Fulfill training requirements and demonstrate competence for potential RBT certification as needed for the role
